There are 6 main "rivals" that I've seen in W Juliet so far (as of volume 6). These are the characters that are always trying to rip Ito and Makoto apart, be it romantically speaking or just trying to tell everyone about Makoto's secret. Nomura Tsugumi (野村つぐみ) ·Age: 18 ·Gender: Female (^_^; Yeah, I know it's pretty obvious but you never know with manga & anime!) ·Bloodtype: B ·Height: 155 cm. (around 5'1 ft.) ·Weight: 47 kg. (around104 lbs.) Tsugumi-senpai is an upper classman (classwoman?) of Ito's. She's a year older than Ito and Makoto and she really, really likes Ito and is jealous of Makoto. She's the first "rival" Makoto has, and she suspects that he is really a man, but has been unable to prove it. Ingmar rating: 3 Iizuka Takayo (飯塚隆世) ·Age: 15 ·Gender: Female ·Bloodtype: A ·Height: 151 cm. (around 4'9 ft.) ·Weight: 38 kg. (around 84 lbs.) ·Class: 1-2 (First year, group 2) Takayo is Makoto's fiancee, who his father chose for him when he was 10 years old. She's a very sickly girl, but that doesn't stop her from scheming to try to ruin Ito in the school play. She likes Makoto a lot and refuses to give him up to Ito, even though Makoto doesn't feel the same way about her. Makoto appears to see her more as a little sister, and he feels bad for her because she is so sickly. He refused to believe at first that Takayo could do anything to harm Ito or the play. Ingmar Rating: 1 Iizuka Takashi (飯塚隆士) ·Age: 17 ·Gender: Male ·Bloodtype: A ·Height: 170 cm. (around 5'6 ft.) ·Weight: 56 kg. (around 123 lbs.) ·Class: 2-5 (Second year, group 5) Takashi is Takayo's older brother. He's got a sister complex and would do absolutely anything for his little sister. He keeps doing all sorts of underhanded things to break Ito and Makoto up and bring Makoto back home. Takashi also thinks Makoto's dream of being an actor is stupid. He sometimes speaks in women's speech because he thinks if he speaks normally, he gives a bad impression (^_^;). Ingmar Rating: 2 Toki Misao (時操央) ·Age: 19 ·Gender: Male ·Bloodtype: O ·Height: 190 cm (around 6'4 ft.) ·Weight: 82 kg. (around180 lbs.) Toki-senpai is a friend of Ito's who is in college. He's a playboy and likes beautiful girls. At first Ito thought that he was after Makoto, but later on Makoto realized that the one that Toki was after was Ito (he knew that Ito can look really pretty if she dresses up and stuff). That's all I know about him right now! Ingmar Rating: 3 Takada Kouhei (高田倖平) Kouhei is a younger classmate of Makoto's and Ito's. He has a BIG crush on Makoto and he brought her flowers every day and asked him to go out with him (poor Kouhei...I wonder how he'd react if he knew the TRUTH!). Kouhei is a total bishounen and he looks very young (he's the same type of bishounen as Quatre from Gundam Wing). He is like the boys of the class' mascot (they tease him and encourage him to go after Makoto and stuff. He's like their toy!). Kouhei once saw Makoto and Ito "kissing" (actually, Ito was just smelling Mako's perfume, but Mako's hair was in the way, so it looked like they were kissing) and so he was all shocked and confustigated and sort of declared war with Ito (he was giving her evil glares o.o). Ingmar Rating: 4 ">Sakamoto Yutaka (坂本豊) I'm still reading up on Sakamoto, but he saved Ito from falling down the stairs once. Takashi took a picture of Ito on Sakamoto's lap and was going to use it to try to break Ito and Makoto up, but it didn't work, of course.
